About This Video

Hello you guys—this video is my January + February wrap-up, and then I’m sharing what I’m adding to my March TBR while I continue carrying my TBR over month to month. January was honestly my best reading month so far because I read exactly what I like (even though it was only three books). I finished Kingdom of Ash to wrap up Throne of Glass (4.75 stars for me), reread Red Rising for the fourth time (I tabbed and annotated a lot), and reread Fourth Wing (five stars—still one of my favorite romantasy reads because the enemies-to-lovers and the pining just hits). February was a different story—I only finished one physical book, Ordinary Monsters by J.M. Miro (4 stars). I enjoyed the mystery-fantasy vibe and the kids’ abilities, but I went in expecting more battles, so I’m telling you now: don’t. I also finished Dungeon Crawler Carl (4.5 stars, hilarious but gruesome), read My Husband’s Wife by Alice Feeney (4.5 stars, super engaging “who is the real wife?” mystery), and Want to Know a Secret by Freida McFadden (3 stars—fatigue got me). For March, I’m trying to prioritize physical books because my pile is huge. I’m continuing Making a Killing and Golden Sun, and I’m adding The Martian, The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August, The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi, plus my book club pick The Fragile Mental Health of Strong Women.
