High Water Fishing After Heavy Rain...Will the Fish Even Bite?

After a few days of heavy rain and rising water, we headed out to see if the fish were still biting in our local the flooded swamp. The conditions were tough — high water, murky mixing, and the fish were here and there... but we refused to give up! To make things even more interesting, the ole outboard motor started acting up halfway through the trip. Most people would probably have called it a day, but we kept fishing anyway — and I'm glad we did!
