We finally built a Clover-style bait trap and put it head-to-head against our old “Z” style trap to see which one could catch the most bream. Same bait. Same pond. Same depth. Only about 5 feet apart. Fair test. After finishing the build, we headed out to a private pond owned by our preacher… and for the sake of the video we may have acted like we were sneaking in there without permission. Don’t worry — we were cleared to be there. We just had to add a little fun to the adventure. What started as a simple trap comparison turned into a pretty surprising test. One trap clearly stood out, but not necessarily the one we expected. If you enjoy homemade fishing gear, Cajun-style outdoors content, trap building, pond fishing, and a little country humor, this one’s for you. Let us know in the comments which trap YOU thought would win before the reveal. 👍 Like the video if you enjoyed it 🔔 Subscribe for more fishing, cooking, and Louisiana outdoor content Gods Country Hunting and Fishing Channel https://youtube.com/@godscountryhuntingfishing1638?si=cfau3KelTjTkT_cm #bondedbytheland #outdoorfamily
