About This Video

In this video I tested the CabSupport M4 SpineSeat (from CabeVibe) and broke down what it actually does, how it’s built, and what it feels like to use day-to-day. This is my first review of a posture support device, and honestly I think I might’ve started with one of the best in the game because it combines posture correction with vibration massage, heat, and red light therapy all in one seat. I walk through the design (firm plastic support, thick 22mm padding, fixed 26° posture curve), what comes in the box (just the seat, a big instruction sheet, and a USB-A to USB-C cable), and how the two-button control unit runs everything. I also demo the settings: three heat levels (45°C/113°F, 50°C/122°F, 60°C/144°F), three vibration patterns (M1 Awake, M2 Tapping, M3 Vitality), and a 15-minute auto shutoff timer. The heat and vibration are focused in the backrest (mainly the center pads), and the vibrations are strong but still quiet enough that you’re not going to distract anyone. My biggest takeaways: it’s super portable for moving room-to-room or using in the car, it forces you to sit upright, and it’s a really comforting way to melt off lumbar tightness—especially if you sit a lot like I do. I do wish it had a remote and a longer charging cord, and for the red light, I’d recommend using it shirtless for direct skin contact.
