I've reviewed a few products like this and was curious to see how this ThermoRed belt compared to some of the other popular heated belts. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. About This Video

In this video I tested the Bob and Brad ThermoRed Therapy Belt and walked through everything you get in the box, the full spec list, and what it’s actually like to wear day-to-day. The belt is basically a fabric “weight belt” style wrap (45 inches long) with a 15-inch extension strap to get you up to 60 inches, plus a USB-A to USB-C charging cable and the manuals. The control unit is built in and gives you three main functions: heat, vibration, and red light therapy—each with four levels. For heat, you’re getting 4 settings from 104°F up to 131°F (40–55°C), and in my testing the warmth kicks in fast—about 5–10 seconds, even over a shirt. Vibration has four modes (including left/right rotation, pulsing, and constant), and it’s strong but also pretty loud, so don’t expect it to be “stealth” under clothing. Red light therapy runs four intensities from 660nm to 850nm, and I recommend using that directly on bare skin because it won’t penetrate clothing well. Overall, I think it’s an effective, versatile belt for lower back pain or general daily relief, with a few wishes like wider coverage, more motors, and a simple carry pouch—especially at around $140 with a 2-year warranty and FSA/HSA eligibility.
