We got back the power and stall force they removed in the 3rd generation in liu of size and weight and we also have a new heated attachment, which is the staple feature of all of their "plus" model massage guns. I was thoroughly impressed with this device and you can hear all my thoughts in the full video. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. About This Video

In this video I’m reviewing the all-new Theragun Mini Plus, which I’m classifying as the 4th generation Mini—ironically coming only about 7 months after the 3rd gen. The key point: this isn’t meant to replace the 3rd gen Mini, it’s meant to complement it as the more premium, pro-level option. I walk through the design changes (that blue “Plus” ring, upgraded soft case with real storage), what you get in the box, and the big shift to twist-lock attachments—meaning the older ball-bearing style attachments from the 3rd gen won’t work here. The headline feature is the heated attachment (the only one included), with three heat levels at 113, 122, and 131°F, and it heats up in about 60 seconds. I also cover the power upgrades: 25 lb stall force, a deeper/more percussive feel than the 3rd gen, and three speeds from 1750 to 2400 PPM. Battery life is rated at 120 minutes (shorter than the 3rd gen because it can power “Plus” attachments like heat/cold/vibration), and it’s noticeably heavier—almost double—which I actually like because it feels more premium and powerful. Bottom line: right now this is my favorite mini massage gun, and it’s what I’d travel with.
