In this video I discuss what comes with the blanket, how it works, and speak on my experience after using it for the first time. I was impressed with how well this blanket allowed me to sweat after a 30 min use. It's certainly a unique feeling that doesn't exactly replicate going to a sauna studio or sitting in a sauna, but I do think its a viable alternative for anyone looking to simply get a great sweat in.
