The heated attachment gets up to 104 degrees and is noticeably warm while it's in use. It might be the best heated attachment I've reviewed on any device as it doesn't seem to cool off while it's in use. It absolutely adds an element of additional relaxation. The warmth helps increase blood flow to the target area and makes what would be a pretty average massage gun much more attractive.
