The standout feature for me is the one-button control that actually talks to you, so you can change modes and settings with your eyes closed without memorizing a bunch of buttons. I also show how the air bladders inflate around the eyes and temples, explain the 15-minute auto shutoff, and go over battery life (1,650 mAh, ~2.5 hours to charge, up to ~5 hours of use). My overall take: this is a big step in the right direction for Bob and Brad. It’s incredibly lightweight (10.2 oz), fits snug, the heat feels consistent, and at $80 with a 2-year warranty (plus FSA/HSA eligibility), it’s a strong value. I’d likely put it in my top three eye massagers, with the main downsides being the short 15-minute timer, and the included cooling mask feeling a bit gimmicky for most people.
