Anyone that has taken an ice bath before knows that the process of getting the bath ready is time consuming and often messy. Ice Legs looks to solve that by using reusable gel ice packs and velcro leg sleeves. Simply slide the frozen gel packs into the Ice Legs and immediately go from workout to recovery in a matter of minutes. It's certainly not a perfect alternative to taking an ice bath but I was actually surprised on the amount of coverage they provide in a pinch. These would be a great option for anyone looking to take an ice bath quickly an easily or while on the road traveling for a race, competition or game.
