The pillow itself here is really comfortable, especially if you are a back sleeper. I was surprised by how strong the heat and vibrations in this pillow were, but I wish the treatment area was just a little bigger and maybe provided more relief to the shoulders as well, but in terms of assisting your neck, it certainly can do that. About This Video

In this review I tested the Callixe TheraPillow—basically a memory-foam neck pillow that also does traction, heat, and vibration. I break down what it’s designed for (bad posture, tension, headaches/migraines, general neck soreness, and better relaxation before sleep), what you get in the box (just the pillow and a USB-A to USB-C cable), and how the whole thing is laid out. The shape is pretty unique: your head sits on the angled top section, your neck sits in the lower cradle, and all the “treatment” happens through the gray center area. Feature-wise, I go through the three modes: vibration patterns (auto cycles through 4–5 patterns, or you can pick one in manual), heat (fixed at up to 122°F), and traction (air cushions inflate to lift and decompress your neck). What I really liked is the auto routine warms you up with heat and vibration before it goes into traction—so you’re not going from zero to stretching a stiff neck. After using it, I was surprised by how noticeable the heat and vibrations are, and the traction actually stretches more than I expected. My main wish list: a little warmer heat, a bit more vibration power, and a bigger treatment area—especially something that hits the shoulders too.
