I had never tried a hand massager before and quite frankly didn't see what value they would provide. Similar to my initial thoughts on eye massagers, I wasn't sure they were really going to provide much benefit. I was once again proven wrong as this device thoroughly impressed me and I can see how they would be perfect for anyone that does a lot of work with their hands. The HandSpa Pro provides both heat and compression to provide a very relaxing massage. Check out the full video for all of my thoughts on this unique massager. About This Video

In this video I review the Bob and Brad HandSpa Pro, which is an individual hand massager that does one hand at a time. I walk through what the device actually does, what you get in the box (cinch pouch, manual, plastic gloves, a little finger roller, and a USB-A to USB-C cable), and then I break down the controls and features. Up front you’ve got simple buttons for power, mode, heat, and intensity, plus a USB-C charging port on the side. Inside, your hand slides into a fabric-lined, spandex-like interior with finger “tubes,” and the massage comes from air bladders squeezing eight zones (fingers, palm, and wrist). I also explain the three modes—vitality, relaxation, and intensive—plus how intensity levels change the squeeze. Heat is a single setting (advertised around 108°F, with a range about 102.2–113°F) and it’s only on the palm and back of the hand, not the fingers or wrist. After using it, I was honestly impressed: it’s quiet, comfortable, and the intensive mode with heat is my favorite because it really presses warmth into the hand and feels like a strong “blood pressure cuff” style squeeze. My main drawbacks are the tighter fit (more small-to-medium hands), the color-based UI being a little annoying to memorize, and the non-removable fabric lining—so I recommend using gloves, especially if you’re using lotion.
