I took you with me to Las Vegas for the 2025 HFA Trade Show to get a behind-the-scenes look at what’s next in recovery tech—specifically at the Wellness Space Brands booth. I sat down with founder Paul Le to learn who they are (30+ years in wellness) and why their whole approach is built around self-administered, safe, easy-to-use, but still effective recovery modalities. We walked through their lineup: HydroMassage (warm water “massage” with control over pressure/speed/location), RelaxSpace (guided mindfulness with immersive visuals, breeze, and scent), CryoLounge+ (targeted cold where you need it with warm offset, plus contrast options), Polar Plunge (dry “cold plunge” in the low 20s), and their RedZone Sauna (red light + infrared sauna designed for commercial wipe-down instead of wood). I also hopped into a couple of the experiences myself, including the Polar Plunge, and it’s legit cold—especially where skin is exposed. One big takeaway from talking with their team is how they’re trying to make traditionally “impractical” recovery tools more usable in real gyms and, eventually, at home. Paul made it clear they’ve already built residential HydroMassage models before, and their plan is to bring more of these modalities to consumers again as the category keeps exploding.
