I’m out in Las Vegas at the 2025 HFA Trade Show talking with industry leaders in athlete recovery to see what’s coming next—and in this behind-the-scenes stop, I connected with 3H Wellness to learn about their Spinal Line bioceramic acupressure bed. This was their first time at the show, and they walked me through what makes the bed different: a set of 62 moving rods that travel along your spine for alignment and acupressure, plus over 1,000 bioceramic plates designed to emit far infrared heat. The bed can heat up to about 158°F, and the whole idea is deep, warming recovery that’s easy to integrate into a gym, spa, or recovery room. I also hopped on the bed myself, and you can literally see it lifting my hips while the rods work the lower back. The first thing I noticed was how fast the heat “pulls” blood flow into the area—it’s that immediate warm, loosening feeling. The big takeaway from this booth is where recovery tech is headed: gyms are building wellness and recovery rooms, and products like this are being positioned as a “tune-up” tool you can use consistently—whether that’s in a facility or eventually at home.
