That raspberry is basically a quick little “razzle dazzle” in the first 30 seconds—more tart brightness than juicy fruit—and then it’s all about that crystalline, cotton-candy-adjacent sweetness balancing the ambroxan. The reason I think this one works is the blend: it stays sexy and confident without going full headache-inducing, and it feels more elevated than the super loud, super sharp versions. If you love Ariana Grande Cloud or the general BR540 vibe but want something a bit more elegant and mature (and less screechy), this is worth checking out. I get about 6–8 hours of wear, and overall I think Banana Republic continues to punch above their price point—especially in the way they balance mainstream crowd-pleasing with quality.
