Rediscovering the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail (Day 5): Echo Lake to Carson Pass

Day 5 of "Rediscovering the TYT" was done as a single day hike from Echo Lake near Highway 50 to Carson Pass (Meiss Trailhead) on Highway 88 (16 miles, 3k'+). Joining me once again was Dominion along with our hiking buddy (and fellow TYT fan) Discord. The hike was beautiful and bridged two planned backpacking trip routes.
