Is it Pagan to Love Nature?

This is part of a response to Bjorn Andreas Bull-Hansen, a novelist and youtuber specializing in Viking culture, bush craft and even some political topics. I’ve enjoyed several of his outdoor videos and appreciated his generally conservative and moral outlook on life. Recently, however, Bull-Hansen turned from carving sticks and politics to religion - specifically Paganism. Given his character and audience, some of the points he made were troubling and I think deserve a reasoned response.
