Everything happened so fast: I finished bathing my kids, we ate garri, I even took my bath with my son, then I started feeling funny and my waist was paining me. We packed the hospital bag quickly, I called my sister to come stay with the kids, and by the time we got to the hospital, it was just about 3 minutes from the car to the labour room—one push, water broke, and baby’s head came out. I also open up about how drained I was during this pregnancy, the hospital back-and-forth, low blood, and how prayer became my weapon again.
