About This Video

Welcome back to Vlogmas Day 24! In this one I’m hanging out with my hubby, Jeffrey, and we’re doing a silly, fun Q&A using questions y’all sent in on Instagram and Twitter. We talk about our relationship, what we actually like doing together (yes… a lot of eating), and some of the random little things that make us “us” (like me being super OCD and Jeff refusing to use the laundry basket even when it’s right there). It’s cozy, chatty, and very much just us being ourselves. Of course, we also get into the animal side of our life, because that’s always part of our world. I answer which reptiles are easiest and hardest for me to care for (Smeagol the crested gecko is a breeze, while Cheeks takes more daily work, and Phoebe’s egg-laying prep can be stressful). We chat about future goals like enclosure upgrades and finally building some bioactive setups, plus animals we still want someday—like a green tree python and a Suriname red tail boa. I also talk about wanting another bird eventually, just not another Indian ringneck, because I’ve learned that species isn’t the right fit for our family.
