Welcome to Vlogmas Day 17! Today I’m finally decorating my reptile room and making it super festive for Christmas. I didn’t show myself on camera (because I looked absolutely terrible and was not camera friendly), but I still wanted y’all to hang out with me while I got everything set up. I had all my decorations laid out on the table, and then I just jumped in and started placing things around the room. The main reason I put decorating off for so long is because decorations can honestly get in my way when I’m working in the reptile room—especially when I’m doing day-to-day care and moving around enclosures. So my little tip is to decorate closer to Christmas (I did it about a week before) so you can enjoy it without it being in the way for too long. By the end, my room looked so cute and festive, and I was genuinely obsessed with how it turned out. If you’re decorating a pet room too, keep it simple, keep it safe, and put things where they won’t interfere with your routine.
