About This Video

Hey guys, it’s Bridget (BB’s Beasties), and in this video I’m finally sharing my plans for 2020… even though it’s literally March and I’m absolutely late to the party. There are a ton of changes happening in my life and with my animals, and I want to bring y’all along with me—because why am I doing YouTube if I’m not including you? I go through what you can expect this year, what projects are taking priority, and what content I’m honestly trying to shift toward so I can enjoy creating again. The biggest thing is our new outdoor animal building. It’s totally bare bones right now (no wiring, no electricity, nothing), so finishing it out and moving animals in is going to take up a big chunk of the year—probably through at least the end of summer. Once animals move out, my current animal room is getting repurposed into my office again (and eventually a bird room, when the timing is right). I also talk about care guides (I’m torn), starting bioactive enclosures slowly (yes, with “training wheels”), enclosure upgrades like acrylic tops for Exo Terras to help humidity, redoing my divided 20-gallon long aquarium, and—most importantly—changing how I approach YouTube so I’m not constantly overthinking and stressing myself into anxiety.
