In today’s video, I’m taking you guys along with me on a full tour of a gecko breeder’s facility—Huff’s Herps! I was actually invited out to pick up a gecko (you’ll see that in a separate video), and while I was there I asked if I could film the facility and as many of the geckos as possible. I wanted to share this with y’all because I know how hard it can be to find a reputable breeder when you’re looking for a gecko—if you’re anything like me, you want quality, healthy, ethically bred animals, and unfortunately there are some sketchy breeders out there. Huff’s Herps is in the San Antonio, TX area, and they specialize mainly in African fat-tailed geckos, but they also breed leopard geckos. Seth originally started more on the leopard gecko side, but he’s grown a huge passion for AFTs and is really upping his game there. In the tour, I show his personal pets first, then the leopard geckos, and then the African fat tails—so you can get a feel for the kinds of stunning, high-quality geckos you’d see from them online or at expos.
