This is my first workout video of 2025 and I’m testing out a portable Pilates board from Amazon to see if it can give “reformer at home” vibes without the studio price tag. I unbox it, show how easy it is to set up, and then we get right into a beginner-friendly flow that still burns. If you’ve been wanting to start Pilates but classes are out of budget (or you just want something compact for your space), this one is for you. The workout hits core and legs with moves like plank crunches, mountain climbers, single arm plank crunches, sliding V-ups, and single leg squats on both sides. Then I add lower-body + side work with sliding lateral lunges (and yes—my left side didn’t get filmed, so don’t forget to do the other side), plus kneeling delt flys and cross flys to wake up the upper body. I wrap everything up with a cool down stretch and final thoughts, and I also call out a little audio issue around the 6-minute mark.
