In this video I’m using a portable Pilates board from Amazon, and I’m showing you how I like to structure an at-home session that still feels spicy and effective. If you’ve been wanting to get into Pilates but you’re on a budget (or you don’t have a ton of space), this setup is super easy, compact, and beginner-friendly. I keep the format simple so you can stay consistent: each move is 45 seconds on with 15 seconds rest. If you want more of a challenge, you can pause and run it back for 3 sets of each exercise. My biggest takeaway for you is to focus on control and form—especially through your hips and glutes—because that’s where you’ll feel the real work.
