Day 2 of my SOUL FLOW PILATES series is a full body Pilates sculpt you can do right at home to tone and strengthen. In this workout, I’m using a portable Pilates board from Amazon that’s super easy to set up and compact—perfect for my girlies who want to get into Pilates without spending a ton. I walk you through the flow so you can stay consistent, build strength, and feel that full-body burn without needing a whole gym setup. Everything is timed: 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest, so it’s simple to follow and beginner-friendly. If you want more of a challenge, you can pause and repeat for 3 sets of each exercise. My biggest takeaway with this series is consistency over perfection—show up, do what you can, and you’ll feel yourself getting stronger day by day.
