#pcs #militarywife #moving #marriage PCS moving vlogs are officially kicking off!! In this vlog, my favorite part of life as a military family is honestly getting the opportunity to move around and explore new places. While we are so beyond excited to move to Florida - we have so much to do before the military can move us. If you're also a military spouse going through this process, I hope these moving vlogs can be a helpful resource for you - or at least a small comfort in knowing you're not alone :) LET'S CONNECT: Instagram: @AlyashaYasmeen Tiktok: Alyashayasmeen Couples Channel: @OutdoorAlmeidas If you've happened to stumble upon my channel, I'm so happy to have you here! I'm a 25 year old military spouse and married to my high school sweetheart! I created this channel as a way to document our marriage, travels, and lifestyle. My content mostly consists of military wife advice videos, day in the life vlogs, military housing tours, and everything in between. I enjoy making content and hope to bring a little more vulnerability and encouragement to the military family community. Whether you are a fellow military spouse, milso, or just here for the fun - I hope you stick around! :)

About This Video

PCS moving vlogs are officially kicking off, and in this one I’m taking y’all with me through real-life military housing prep—aka the not-so-glam part of moving. Michael and I run to Home Depot to grab paint samples, a “scrapey thing,” drywall patches, and boxes because the goal is simple: fix what we can now so we don’t get charged for damages when we leave. We’re trying to match that military housing wall color (why is it never listed anywhere?), and we end up choosing a basic eggshell paint because honestly… that’s probably what they use anyway. I also share how fast everything is moving—like we only have about five weeks—and how much paperwork and clearance stuff is on Michael’s plate right now. In between patching holes (RIP to Toi, because he definitely left his mark on these walls), we take a breather and go to The Banks in Alaska for wings and dessert, and yes… I’m “a little mad at daddy” because he didn’t wait to eat with me. Then we’re back home clearing closets, sorting through books and Bibles, and I find the sweetest note Michael wrote me from BMT that I’d never even read before—one of those moments that reminds me why I love documenting this life, messy and all.
