Lord, forgive me for I have sinned before you. Wash away my sin, purify me, and help me to turn from this sin. Lead me to walk in your way instead, leaving behind my old life and starting a new life in you. Lord, you who are loving and just, show compassion upon me, shower me with your mercy. All this I pray through your Son Jesus Christ, who came to save us from our sin. Amen. About This Video

In this video I’m bringing you along for a real-life night routine as a pregnant military SAHM with a toddler (and yes… it stays busy over here). I’m in the kitchen getting dinner going and I’m not playing about flavor— I add three peppers because those tiny little things are mighty. I also had to give y’all my very serious warning: do not touch peppers and then touch your eyes, because it will burn like hellfire. Consider yourself warned. I also show you a little peek at baby prep, like the car seat and stroller situation—because this setup is big, like a whole mammoth. It’s one of those moments that makes everything feel so real, like “okay… we’re really getting ready for Miss Girl to make her appearance.” And throughout it all, my faith stays at the center. Even when life feels heavy, I’m reminded there’s hope for tomorrow, joy in sorrow, and peace in knowing God is close—especially in the middle of the everyday routines.
