In this nesting vlog, I’m in full “baby could be here any moment” mode, so we’re getting things organized and ready for babygirl. I start out at Once Upon a Child to see what I can find for her, and I ended up scoring a whole little haul for $66 after using points. I grabbed a mix of bodysuits and sleepers (including the cutest “little sister” piece), and I’m trying to be realistic with sizes like 0–3 months because we truly don’t know how big she’s going to be. Yes, most of her wardrobe is pink, but I still wanted a few different colors in the mix. Back at home, I unbox a big Amazon order with a bunch of newborn essentials—swaddles, burp cloths, mittens (because I’m not letting her scratch up her little face), and a little formula container for on-the-go. I also share some of my tried-and-true baby care favorites from doing this the second time, like Mustela for that newborn skin and help with cradle cap. The goal in this video is simple: wash everything, section out her clothes so I can actually see what she has, and get bottles and basics prepped so we’re not scrambling when she arrives.
