Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Vigyata.ai, operated by Gyata Infotech LLP. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Initial Purchase
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly token allocation during that period.
2.2 Renewal Charges
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.
2.3 Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
3. Token Recharge Packs
Token recharge packs (Starter, Growth, Power, Mega) are non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your account. Since tokens are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds for recharge packs are generally not available.
If you experience a technical issue where tokens were charged but not credited, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at crew@gyata.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds outside of the above policy in the following cases:
- Extended service outages that materially affect your ability to use Vigyata
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Charges made after a valid cancellation request
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing issues promptly.
