About This Video

Google AI Studio just got upgraded with Gemini 3, and in this video I show you how I used it to build a full AI booking dashboard that honestly looks like a pro React front-end built it. Users can sign up, see upcoming sessions in a clean dashboard, book a 1-hour or 2-hour slot, and the app automatically handles time zones so my EST availability shows correctly in their local time. I start by prompting the entire UI in AI Studio, then I refine the behavior (only show availability after clicking “book a new session”) and soften the design palette with a quick follow-up prompt. Then I wire the whole thing to Firebase: Auth (Google sign-in + email/password), Firestore structure for settings/availability, user bookings, and a global bookings collection so we can exclude already-taken slots. I also walk through the security rules so users can read my schedule, but only write their own data and their own bookings. Finally, I set up real Stripe payments using the official Firebase “Run payments with Stripe” extension. We create Stripe products, grab price IDs, install the extension (yes, you may need to retry once), configure webhooks, update Firestore rules for the new customers/payments collections, and call the create checkout session function from the front end. By the end, payments work in the deployed app, /success and /failure routes redirect properly, and I even link the Stripe payment ID back to each booking so payment details show inside the booking card.
