GM3 came out a couple of weeks ago and everyone talks about how good it is at pipe coding, but in this video I’m showing you the productivity side that nobody really explains. When you combine Gemini 3 with Firebase (which is a free Google tool for auth, databases, and even email automation), it turns into “AI on steroids.” By the end, you’ll know how to ship real workflows in minutes: a CRM that actually persists data, an invoice analyzer that extracts fields from PDFs/images, and an invoice generator that can email clients without leaving your app. First, I build a clean React-based CRM in Gemini/AI Studio, then I make it real by wiring Firebase Authentication (email/password) and Firestore. I show you the exact flow: create a Firebase project, register a web app for the SDK config, create a user, set up a users/{uid} structure, paste security rules, and then prompt Gemini to sync leads to the exact Firestore path (and yes, you sometimes have to tell it to stop “remapping” paths). Then I level up: an Invoices tab that uses the Gemini API to extract invoice fields, saves history, and generates analytics dashboards with filters. Finally, I generate an HTML invoice template, store it in Firestore, and install the “Trigger Email from Firestore” Firebase extension so sending invoices becomes as simple as writing a doc into the mail collection.
