John is a compassionate, steady presence throughout the practice, offering quiet guidance and reflections that normalize grief and remind you that nothing about your experience needs to be fixed or rushed. When you’re navigating grief, whether from loss, change, or prolonged stress, less truly is more. This class doesn’t ask a lot of you physically, while offering meaningful support emotionally and energetically. You can come exactly as you are: tired, overwhelmed, numb, or raw.
