You will move through a series of yoga poses that help release physical tension as Ashton offers simple breathwork and yummy modifications to sink into a sense of peace and leave your stress behind. Take this class in the evening after a stressful day, in the morning to help start you off on the right note, or in the middle of the day when you need a reset.
