(From an email sent 31 March 2020) I've started with the exercise which I call a 'thoracic opener', it's a lovely gentle stretch for releasing tension in the middle part of the back, the thoracic spine. As it is a gentle stretch it is applicable to most people however you should not attempt this exercise if you have osteoporosis (please discuss with me first) or if you struggle to up get off the floor. If you are unsure whether you should do the stretch or have any questions please contact me via email or phone. Links: Thoracic opener (This one) Thoracic opener summary (when you need a quick reminder) If you have any specific requests for types of exercise/stretch or have any questions you would like me to answer please feel free to ask. If it is something that I feel a number of people would benefit from then I'll answer it as an email for all. If it is specific to you then I will answer you individually
