In this daily vlog I’m taking you with me on my first-ever trip to Death Valley to see the Superbloom, and it was honestly so cool because it’s pretty rare to catch it like this. We did the drive (about 2 hours), grabbed breakfast first, and then headed straight into the flower fields. When we got there, I was shook because you can literally see yellow and purple flowers everywhere, plus I even spotted some white ones and little white butterflies. I also share the real-life details you actually want to know before you go—like there’s a restroom area and they had toilet paper (so don’t worry, you don’t have to bring your own). It was super windy, and I noticed big black ants, so I changed out of my Dior Dway slides into sneakers for walking, then switched back when it was photo time. After the flowers, we went to Badwater Basin (yes, “Badwater Basin,” I had to double-check), saw the sea level sign, and walked out onto what looked like snow—but it was salt. The more we walked, the saltier it got… and of course: heat. Heat.
