So, if you spent twenty minutes renaming folders and sources or carefully dragging PDFs into custom slots, hitting that button deletes all of your progress. Because the background reasoning engine handles the layout dynamically, running the tool twice on the exact same files will create completely different folder structures each time. My advice?
