Why is the new Google Daily Brief feature missing from your sidebar? Google launched this feature with some massive hidden restrictions, and it requires a specific configuration chain to even show up in your app. The Daily Brief Activation Blueprint: - Open Settings: Head to the bottom left gear icon in your paid Gemini account. - Click Personal Intelligence: Locate the Personal Intelligence settings submenu. - Turn on Memory: Enable the main Memory toggle at the top of the screen. - Turn on Daily Brief: Enable the Daily Brief so it shows up in your left sidebar navigation. - Grant Workspace Access: Switch to Connected Apps and authorize Google Workspace access so the model can pull your real data. My thoughts: - If your paid account says "Work" at the bottom left, stop looking for this tool. Corporate Workspace accounts do not have the Personal Intelligence settings panel due to data privacy controls. - You cannot choose when your digest arrives.
