Workspace Studio is Google’s new agent-powered automation platform that lets anyone design, manage, and share AI agents. In this video, I tour the platform at studio.workspace.google.com and show you how to build your own "flows" that connect Gemini directly to your business apps. Inside the Studio: 1. The Anatomy of a Flow: Every automation consists of a Starter (trigger) and one or more Actions. 2. Gemini Integration: Use Gemini to reason through complex steps, such as checking if a meeting document contains identifiable action items. 3. Agent Capabilities: Build workflows that summarize incoming emails, draft replies, update Sheets, or send automated news briefs to your team in Google Chat. 4. Discovery Templates: Don't start from scratch! Use the Discover page to find pre-made flows like the "Daily Summary of Unread Emails" and customize them to fit your needs. 5. Requirements to Start: You must have a Google Workspace paid account (Business Starter and up) and access must be enabled by your administrator.
