About This Video

In this video I’m showing how I’ve actually been using the myPAPERCLIP 12 Week Journals in real life — the Wellness Journal and the Productivity Journal (a collaboration with Rocket Health). I started both on January 1, and by the 25th I had enough pages filled to talk about what works, what doesn’t, and why the simplicity is the whole point. I walk through a typical daily spread, then jump into the weekly review sections where the real value is for me: reflection, tracking habits like sleep and hydration, and being gently nudged into things like gratitude (which I find hard, but I know it’s good for my mental health). On the productivity side, I show how I use the priority list, task list, schedule (7am–10pm), and the dot-grid brain dump page. That brain dump is basically my happy place — notes, packing lists, shopping lists, even which pens and inks I used that day. The paper holds up beautifully (no bleed-through even with juicy fountain pens), the books open flatter with a bit of coaxing, and overall the build is solid. My main nitpicks are small: the ribbon dye stain, the “reminders” section that I still don’t quite get, and I’d love a proper space for the date. But as undated, low-pressure journals that are genuinely useful, I think myPAPERCLIP and Rocket Health have done something really good here.
