The Sidecar is one of the most approachable classic cocktails. It's simple, it's boozy, and it is well suited to any time of the year. Made with Brandy, cointreau & lemon, it is rich and warm with bright citrusy notes. This cocktail is over a hundred years old but has stood the test of time and anyone can make it. If you're new to classics, this is a great starting point. BTW, I just got my new space set up (tho incomplete) so please let me know what you think in the comments!
