Based on the pricing I found (listed as 2022, and the same pricing is currently available), the initiation fees can range from around $10,000 all the way up to $45,000 depending on the membership type and what you need. I also show you that they have different membership types like Resident membership, Associate membership, and Corporate membership. For Resident membership, the monthly amount and initiation fee can change based on whether you’re an individual or family, and the initiation fee can go up to $35,000–$45,000 for family. Associate membership is comparatively less expensive, and I mention monthly pricing like about $360 for an individual, plus different pricing options for couples and single parents (with one dependent under 25), along with initiation fees. My takeaway: the membership looks really good because of the perks, but it’s costly—so if you have that kind of money and you want those benefits, then it can make sense for you.
