The biggest takeaway is the timing—Mister Car Wash requires at least a 7-day notice period, so you don’t get automatically billed again on your payment method. After that, I break down three cancellation methods. First is the online/app method: log in, go to Manage Membership from your profile/account tab, choose the membership, tap Edit Membership, then Cancel Membership, pick a reason, and scroll to the bottom to confirm “Cancel my membership.” Once it works, you should see a confirmation pop-up and get an email saying your membership is canceled. If the app method feels hard, I also explain how to cancel by calling customer support using the number listed in the terms section. And finally, you can email them with your account details (like account number and vehicle number), your membership dates, your reason for canceling, and request proof of cancellation—just keep in mind pending payments can affect what they can do.
