If you’ve taken therapy sessions or you’re currently on a plan and you just want to end it before you get charged again, I walk you through the official steps on Calmerry’s website. The main thing is simple: go to the official Calmerry site and log in to your account first. After you’re logged in, I cover two cancellation methods. Method one is using the profile icon at the top—then you’ll see options like Account Setting, Manage Subscription, and Contact Support. If you choose Contact Support, a chat pop-up opens and you can ask them how to cancel; they’ll send the details to your registered email. Method two is going straight into Manage Subscription, viewing your subscription details, and following the prompts to cancel.
