In this video I show you the exact n8n setup I use to build a superpowered chatbot that remembers customers across Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, and WhatsApp. The whole point is simple: one customer = one identity, even if they DM you today and email you tomorrow. So instead of opening a brand-new conversation every time, the agent picks up exactly where you left off. I walk through a live demo: a first “Lead AI Agent” collects the missing info (first name, last name, email, phone) and only then creates a lead in my CRM (I use Airtable, but it can be Google Sheets too). For memory, both agents share the same Postgres chat history (I’m using Supabase), so all messages get saved. Once the lead is created, I update the session ID from a platform-based ID (like Facebook) to a unique identifier (like the email). That’s how the Gmail workflow can look up the CRM, set the correct session, and continue the same conversation—no resets. This is the kind of agent you need to build and sell in 2026, not the basic “one-channel, no-memory” bots.
