About This Video

In this video I show you the easiest way I’ve found to build AI chatbots and full AI agents without writing a single line of code—using Chatling. I walk you through the difference between a “chatbot” (more of a step-by-step conversational flow) and an “AI agent” (a more open-ended assistant that answers based on the knowledge you give it). Then I build an agent from scratch, train it using a document upload (you can also use sitemaps, URL lists, FAQs, plain text, or even Zoho/Zendesk), and test everything inside the playground while tweaking model choice and temperature. After that, I go into the fun part: deployment. I show how you can embed the agent on your website, share a public demo link to sell it to businesses, or connect it to WhatsApp/Instagram without dealing with Meta’s crazy documentation (tokens, webhooks, keys, etc.). I connect a WhatsApp Business account step-by-step, explain the Meta approval delay (mine took almost two days), and highlight the 1,000 free WhatsApp messages before Meta starts charging. Finally, I test the agent directly inside WhatsApp, verify it’s pulling answers from the knowledge base, and show how to review conversations, see the channel source, and fine-tune bad answers.
