This is for the days you wake up feeling stiff, sleepy, or just not in the mood for anything complicated, but you still want to move your body with kindness. I keep it approachable and realistic, focusing on gentle stretching, breathing, and waking up the spine, hips, and shoulders without making it a whole “production.”
My goal with this routine is to help you start your day feeling a little more open, a little more grounded, and a lot more proud of yourself for showing up. You don’t need to be flexible, you don’t need fancy yoga clothes, and you don’t need to look a certain way to do yoga—period. I’m all about making movement feel safe and doable in a plus size body, and this quick morning flow is something you can come back to whenever you need a reset.
