I keep it very real and approachable—no fancy flow, just getting into the position, finding your version of it, and letting your body soften.
Since this is a plus size lifestyle space, I always come at stretching with the mindset of: make it work for your body today. You don’t need to force anything or look like a textbook photo. The takeaway is to move slowly, breathe, and adjust as needed so you feel the stretch in your hips (not pain in your knees or back).
