About This Video

In this video I break down my simple (but very real) marketing strategy for the 14 days before I publicly launch BLASTFAST. I’m doing an early access push where the goal is not “make money instantly” — it’s to get 200 signups (emails) from people who want to test the app for free and give me brutal honest feedback. I’m building this solo, so I set a target that’s actually realistic, then I pressure myself to ship to production within 14 days starting May 26. My playbook is organic marketing through social media with consistent repetition. I set post targets per platform: 70 tweets, 70 LinkedIn posts, 14 TikToks, and 14 Instagram posts. My thinking is simple: if I keep reminding people every day that I’m building this product, eventually they’ll remember “Blastfast,” even if they don’t care today — and they might tell a friend who does. I also share my rough conversion assumption (10% of 200 = ~20 paid users) and why the real point is testing in the market, not guessing. I’m also using my own tool daily, spotting issues, and iterating fast — because the user’s perspective matters more than mine.
