About This Video

Hey guys, it’s Spyro here—this video is my full review of the KYSONA Mercury, a legit hidden gem in the mouse market right now. For $59 you’re getting a back-hump shape, latest-gen specs (3950 sensor + Nordic 52840), and Omron opticals, plus extras in the box like grip tapes and even glass skates. I’ve been using it for 10+ days, so this isn’t just a quick unbox and glaze—this is how it actually feels after real sessions. I break down the shape versus stuff like the Scyrox V8 and ATK “duck bill” style mice: the Mercury is flatter in the back, wider with straight sides, and it’s honestly more comfortable for some grips—especially if the V8 feels too tall over long sessions. Build/QC is a straight 10/10 from my unit (no click wobble, no pre-travel), and the coating is that solid “nice Chinese coating” you see across Skyrox/Pulsar/ATK. My main con is the scroll wheel click being stiff and not really spammable, and the PTFE skates are fine but not top-tier—still, at this price, it’s kind of a “just get it” mouse.
