For the price it's absolutely great, I thought it had a catch to it with the performance or something, but turns out it's worth every penny. About This Video

In this video I’m checking out the AULA HERO 68 HE, which is basically one of the cheapest magnetic (Hall Effect) keyboards you can buy at around $50. I went through the unboxing, first impressions, and the design details like the side USB-C cable plug, the metallic side plates, and the big RGB bar (which you can actually customize in the software). Mine showed up in pink because I forgot to request the white, but honestly the default white is still my favorite colorway. The big surprise is how “not budget” it feels for the price. The side-printed doubleshot PBT keycaps are a straight 10/10 for me (rounded edges, nice texture, good shine-through). The Black King magnetic switches have a bit of wobble, but they’re light and snappy: ~33g actuation, ~53g bottom-out, 3.4mm total travel, and they felt consistently smooth across the board with pre-lubed stabs and a stacked dampening setup that makes the typing sound way better than you’d expect. I also show the web software (a little clunky), the performance settings, and why I’m not worried about latency here. You get 8K polling, a crazy scan rate, adjustable actuation, and rapid trigger that’s more than enough for gaming—plus it supports swapping to other magnetic switches later if you want to upgrade.
